	| Be seen. Capo knew better than to mess with a good thing which is why its new SL series relies on the same proven fit and detailing as the original Padrone collection but with the addition of the latest in reflective fabric technology. The Padrone SL high visibility Jacket stands in as the ideal riding jacket as its protective paneling was made to remain subtle during the daylight hours yet become fully illuminated when light hits the surface. Welcome to the next generation in high-end safety-minded riding apparel. The SL jacket falls under what Capo calls its Gruppo Sportivo or GS Series. Designed to "push-the-envelope" of cycling apparel the GS series received Capos most advanced materials and construction techniques. Basically it checks all of the boxes on your list support flexibility warmth and also visibility. This is all due to the Padrone having been constructed from a blend of Capos latest fabrics: Super Black and P-10 Membranes. Both of these ultra-reflective materials are what contribute to the jackets visible properties and they were engineered to provide the same controlled stretch wind- and water repellency and wicking abilities as the materials they replace. Crushed crystals have been bonded to the membranes surfaces which effectively reflect light when it hits the surface. This paneling is what gives the new Padrone its high level of visibility. Both of these materials compositions favor a lightweight softshell design over bulky fleecy fabrics. Match that with a slim cut from hem to hem and theres not a chance that rain or snow is getting in. Additionally the P-10 panels are lightly perforated which keeps air freely circulating through the jacket. This ventilation system ensures you stay comfortable in the saddle regardless of your effort levels. In addition to prepping for the elements the Padrone has been designed to be highly malleable in order to complement the cycling-specific flexibility of the GS series. Capo made the Padrone with a lengthened rear hem a multiple panel construction and pre-shaped sleeves. The idea was to complement the body in motion and by doing so reducing any possibility of abrasion along the way. Altogether its easy to see that the Padrone looks more like a long sleeve jersey than a full-blown technical jacket. The jacket was finished off with a tall collar and full-length front zipper as well as three pockets along the lower rear panel. A fourth zippered pocket was added for separating your phone and media devices from the rest of your riding essentials. The Capo Padrone SL Jacket is available in five sizes from Small to XX-Large and in the color Black. Every Padrone is made in Italy. Read Our Review
