Giordanas new three-layer Corsa fabric is used predominantly throughout the jacket to provide the ultimate in protection against the elements. The outer most layer is wind-resistant and has been given a DWR treatment to repel water. The mid-layer a Windtex membrane keeps wind and water from finding its way through the fabric. Additionally the membrane regulates temperature with its high breathability and moisture wicking abilities. The soft-brushed inner-layer comfortably insulates and retains core-generated warmth. For heightened breathability the back panels pockets and underarms have been made from the SuperRoubaix fabric. A tall collar keeps cold air from chilling your neck when fully zipped. Giordana also included a full-length zipper for on-the-fly ventilation. And to keep cold air and rain from sneaking in during long descents or downpours the zipper has been backed with a Corsa zipper flap. The jacket comes equipped with three rear pockets to house all of your ride essentials. Giordana has also provided a single zipper pocket to keep your ID and credit card safely stashed away.
