Lots of shoe manufacturers talk about their sweat-wicking liners and moisture management systems but let face it if you weren sweating so much in your shoes you wouldn need the fancy moisture management. Sidi nips the problem in the bud with its Spider SRS Mesh mountain bike shoe. The first thing you l notice when you see a Spider SRS is the generous number of cooling vents and mesh panels. The Spider upper is made with breathable Technomicro microfiber and cooling mesh panels to keep your feet cool and dry. Inside the tongue and instep have been generously padded so you can crank down the buckles to your heart content. Closure is handled by two hook-and-loop straps and a ratcheting buckle. The two lower straps are made with Sidi patented High Security hook-and-loop straps so you don have to worry about them wearing out after a few months. The top strap is Sidi tried-and-true Caliper Buckle which gives you the perfect custom fit and can be fine-tuned even on the bike. The outsole is Sidi all-new Carbon Composite SRS sole.
