If you salivated at the thought of getting the Fox Head Rampage Pro Carbon Helmet but couldn quite see your way clear to paying the Pro Carbon price take heart that Fox has released the Rampage Comp Helmet making available many of the same fit innovations as the Pro Carbon but at a much more palatable price. Though the Rampage Pro was used as inspiration the Rampage Comp is its own helmet. Made from a race-ready fiberglass shell the weight remains low while the durability and level of protection is high. The shell comes in two sizes and the EPS liner comes in three dimensions so you will be able to find the perfect fit for your noggin. Keep in mind though that since the shell shape for the Rampage Comp is different from the Rampage Pro you l want to make sure that you e getting fitted to the right size and not just go on what works for you with the Pro Carbon version. Certainly the fact that Fox has made the Comp in six possible sizes compared to the Pro five will give you a wider range of fit options. The result is a pro level helmet that will come with practically a custom fit. The EPS liner has a channeled airflow system that will work with the eleven vents to improve airflow through the helmet keeping you cool.
