Rugged never looked so refined.
When Italian designer Massimo Rossetti set out to design a rugged new line of outerwear he looked to an elite rescue squadron based out of Anchorage Alaska which specializes in rescues both at sea and in the remote Alaskan wilderness. Inspired by this highly trained group called Parajumpers Rosetti designed the Mens Right Hand Special Down Jacket with materials rugged enough to deal with the type of conditions youd expect to encounter deep in the Alaskan bush but with a look that will turn heads and evoke envy when youre back in civilization. The shell of the jacket is composed of a water-resistant polyester fabric and a robust sheepskin leather. Below that is a plush down fill for unbelievable warm which is complemented by a shearling fleece lining at the sleeves and hood. But it doesnt stop there a real coyote fur trim at the hood increases the warmth of the jacket while giving it a timeless look and feel. Every feature on the jacket is extremely durable with heavy-duty zippers at all the pockets and a metal Parajumpers snap-hood at the neck which is supported by a tough webbing haul handle. Apart from the array of pockets that youll find on the outside of the jacket youll also find two internal mesh pockets for valuables as well as a small zippered sleeve pocket with external slots for anything else you might need throughout the day. The ribbed cuffs keep the jacket comfortable against the hand and wrist while the front button placket helps to seal out cold drafts for a warm and comfortable feel no matter how cold or windy it is.
